ABOUT YOGA ROOTS

Welcome to Yoga Roots, our brand new studio located in the center of Malmö! We offer a variety of classes – from different styles of yoga, to Pilates and barre classes. We are also one of the only studios in Sweden to offer Aerial Yoga classes, and are so excited to share our different concepts with you – all in one location in Malmö. Our goal is to provide a full body & mind health experience – where you can sweat one day, and then relax and rejuvenate your mind and body on another.

The studio is run by two international women, Bethany & Tereze, and all classes are taught in English. We are the only fully English studio in Skane! Come and visit us to try out a class or just say hello!
