Private yoga lessons are available for those who are looking for more one-on-one attention, rather than group classes. For the private sessions, we provide a free consultation in order to understand and tailor the class session to your needs.
You can choose what to focus on – physical asanas and movements or a specific goal, ie stress reduction or mental relaxation. Private yoga classes can be used in order to better understand the basics or to deepen an existing practice.
You can choose between the following forms of classes:
Vinyasa Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yin or Restorative Yoga, Prenatal or Postnatal Yoga, and Meditation.
