WHAT TO EXPECT?
This popular 5 week prenatal course is finally available to practice from your own home – you can take and retake each class as often as you would like during your pregnancy! The classes have all the same components as my in person courses: the themes, movements, breath work and inspiration for your pregnancy journey.
Ps. For the online course I have added extra content to help you prepare for your little one’s arrival. This includes bonus digital relaxation practices, audio meditations, guides, tips and more!
Over 5 hours of online themed yoga classes, specifically designed for pregnancy. Each class focuses on a unique theme to guide you through your journey to motherhood – whether you are welcoming your first child, or third! Additional relaxation practices and audio meditations are also included to help prepare you for labor and delivery.
Guides & Tips
In addition to the classes, you will have access to numerous guides and practical tips to incorporate into your day to day routine – from pelvic floor training, to benefits of essential oils for pregnancy and labor tips for your Partner too!
