Join Tereze Kestere in this amazing feel-good long weekend in Riga. We will use the hammock to let go of stress and tension in the body, learn some fun and easy aerial yoga sequences and enjoy some super relaxing spa time with Latvian saunas, Turkish steam baths, jacuzzis, pools, treatments, massages, fresh fruity drinks and explore this beautiful city.
You will be living at the lovely Wellton Centrum hotel & spa that is located right in the heart of the old city in Riga and is also close to the riverbed Daugava where you can go for a refreshing walk.
By combining luxurious spa time with Aerial Yoga and Restorative Yoga & Yoga massage you will receive some well-deserved time for yourself, to pamper and restore body and soul.
I will be there every step of your trip with all my expertise and knowledge of the hidden gems of this magic city.

– 2 x 120 min Aerial Yoga lessons ( beginner friendly!)

Thursday:

Friday:
Morning: Arrivals
13.00 Gathering at hotel reception. Take taxis together to Kalnciemu iela 40F to “Aerial Yoga Riga”. Or get there on your own. Tell the taxi to take you to the restaurant “Lokals Veldze” which is on the corner of Kalnciemu iela 40 F and Sabiles iela.
13.30-15.30 Aerial Yoga
16.00 Joker Klubs Spa (possibility to book treatments for 17.00/18.00/19.00)
Evening: Free time
Saturday:
13.00 Meeting at the Aerial Yoga Riga studio
13.00-15.00 Aerial Yoga
15.30 Spa in old city of Riga (possibilities to book and combine with treatments)
Evening: Free time or go discover the sky bars of Riga with me.
Sunday:
11.00-13.00 Restorative&Yin Yoga
Afternoon: free time/ excursions.
